First time leaving my boy at boarding. Before the boarding, I was very worried that he might not be able to eat and sleep well without us as he has been very clingy towards us. Tried out a short trip (4 nights) to see how he behave and was very happy that he feel very comfortable and safe there. Constantly receiving updates about his well being too. I’m very satisfied with their service and can start planning for my next trip without worries 😇😊

I can't express enough how wonderful my experience has been with Pooch Nannies. This has been my go-to boarding and already availed their services twice, and sometimes for daycare as well. Their transparency in providing consistent updates on Miki's well-being has given me such peace of mind during my travel. They're always accommodating with any additional requests or needs for my dog, which is truly appreciated. If ever there's a concern or something noteworthy, they never hesitate to keep me informed promptly. But what warms my heart the most is seeing Miki return home so happy every time she stays with them. Her cheerful demeanor is a testament to the excellent care and love she receives at Pooch Nannies. I wholeheartedly recommend them to any pet parent looking for boarding or daycare services!

It’s the 1st time for my 3 furkids to go for boarding, I am glad I found the right boarder . I can enjoy my holiday , & in future can plan for more holidays .Evi is patient, she loves dogs & she truly cares for them . Everyday she will send me updates , photos , videos. My mini labradoodle, Toffee is shy & unfriendly. Evi is experienced & she can handle Toffee so well . Evi will ensure Toffee finish all her food for every meal , & her supplements too. She & Minzy also helped to drip my mini labradoodle . Truly appreciate & grateful for their help .
